It was beautiful out today, so we went to the park after lunch. Nate had a good time riding in the pink plastic car & Zoe enjoyed riding her bike for the first time this year. They played together rather nicely at the park...
Tony left a box of milk duds on the counter (I thought it was empty). Nate got a hold of it & ate one - sort of - he chewed it forever & let it run out of his mouth, making a big mess. I was finally able to get it out of his mouth once he got tired of chewing it. Yuck! It is not so easing taking candy from a baby.
I ran across this photo while working on some scrapbooking from last year & just look how pretty my flowers were & how warm it must have been...I am ready for winter to be over!
Nate and Zoe have already logged tons of hours playing in the now "finished" (but not "done") basement. It is wonderful not tripping over the toys upstairs!
This year, Zoe got be in her first parade - Bluffton's Christmas Parade. She rode in a firetruck with Poppa. Apparently, we were the only people she waved to. I think she didn't want to strain her wrist...
Nate also got to sit in the fire truck after the parade. It was hard to get a picture of him because he was busy checking out of the lights & gauges & such inside the truck.
Happiness - before the game in front of the stadium
Happiness after the game - on the field singing Carmen Ohio
We must not forgot the unhappiness when the High School kid behind me puked whiskey vomit everyWHERE BEFORE the Game Even Started! Gross, gross & more gross. It was a testament to my love for my husband that we stayed and watched the game that WENT INTO OVERTIME WHILE SITTING IN VOMIT SEATS!! Seriously. It is a good thing they won. Oh yeah, that kid also owes me a new pair of shoes. I left mine once we got to the car...
Really, Nate was just about the cutest cow ever... (well, there was a pretty cute one a few years ago too!)
The sweetest Spring, Fall & Winter Fairies...
We had a dry, but cold trick or treat. Mom & Dave handed out our candy while we took the kids out along with the Saunders. We gave out candy to over 200 kids & got about that much back.
