Birthday Supper

Red Robin is Zoe's favorite restraurant. When asked why is it her favorite, her reply is because they have chocolate milk and mac & cheese. Apparently, good chocolate milk and mac & cheese are hard to find...

Birthday Nap?

Apparently, Zoe's birthday was a little too exciting for her. She fell asleep in the car on the way to Red Robin for supper.

Birthday Lunch at McDonalds

"I love playing dolls!"

...is what Zoe said as the 13th doll went down the slide...

Happy Birthday Zoe (again)!

Today is Zoe's actual birthday and she woke up to a brand new slide in the living room. She has gone down it about 100 times already. She opened a couple of small presents and had donuts that her Daddy got for her...

Easter Lunch

Easter Morning

Easter morning, the Easter Bunny came to our house to give the girls their Easter baskets...
The girls were actually more excited to get their baskets than to see the bunny, but the parents all thought it was pretty neat.

Happy Birthday Shannon & Zoe!

Following the Easter Egg Hunt, we sang happy birthday to Shannon & Zoe & then they opened their gifts...

Easter Egg Hunt

Just because, we needed a little more excitement, following dinner we had an Easter Egg hunt. Needless to say, it was a loud & crazy few minutes while everyone was searching for eggs.

The Easter Bunny...

After bowling we stopped to see the Easter Bunny. The girls colored pictures, made an Easter Bunny craft, played games & enjoyed cotton candy & popcorn.

Easter Bowling

Family fun bowling...

Zoe bowling for the 1st time ever....

Bowling was just an afterthought for the girls who just enjoyed playing together. On the way home, Zoe shared with us how exciting it was to play with the gum under the tables...lovely!

Preschool Birthday

Today, we celebrated Zoe's birthday at preschool. She got to wear a birthday crown & hand out a treat to all of her friends. She was most excited that I stayed at school with her.

I'm tired...

Zoe came home from spending the night with Kayli, Ashley & Sarah exhausted. She actually fell asleep on the couch with her head on Daddy's lap and slept for 2 hours...

You know you are pregnant when...

...at 9:45pm on a Tuesday night, you decide that you have to have an Asian salad from McDonalds (with balsamic vinaigrette not the sesame ginger dressing), so you head out into a blizzard even though your husband said he would get it for you in half an hour (you need it now). It takes you 20 minutes for a trip that usually takes 10 at the most. You finally arrive, order your salad and they don't have any!! You order a bacon ranch & once you have it with the stupid balsamic vinaigrette, not the ranch dressing, tears come to your eyes. You decide that you do really need the Asian salad & head to another McDonalds. After another 15 minutes of driving in really bad weather, you arrive & order 2 salads (I mean, we are in the middle of a blizzard). Success!! They have it & even get the dressings right. So, you head home with 3 salads, thinking it is possible you might actually eat them all tonight. Then, after arriving home, you sit down to eat and wish you had ordered an Orange drink from McDonalds (think very briefly of going to get one, then remember last trip & settle for milk). It was yummy & I only ate one salad.

Shopping...

Zoe has a little bit of a cold, so we decided to keep her home from school this morning. When I told her she was too sick to go to school, she replied, "But, I can still go to stores." Apparently, she may be sick, but she can still shop!
