Guy at the Park

Guy: "When are you due?"

Me: "August 1st."

Guy: "Congrats. My wife and I are trying with In Vitro."

Me (after awkward pause): "Well, good luck."

Was I supposed to recipitate with our "conception story" or perhaps some advice?
