Zoe's Last Swim Class

Today, was Zoe's last swim class of this session. In this session, she had a boy teacher - normally something that makes her cry. But, after spending a few minutes with Mr. Ryan, she decided that he was a very funny boy & liked him a little more than Daddy approved.

At the end of class, she got to go down the slide at the Summit for the first time...Zoe was last in line & when a little boy in front of her decided he wasn't going down, Zoe decided she wasn't going to either...until Mr. Ryan shouted up and said he would catch her...

I would just like to say thank you to the the Too Tan, Too Thin, Too Blonde, Fake Boob lady for racing me to the elevator at the doctor's office (I am pretty sure that she was trying to get the door closed before Zoe & I got on...) & thank you also for then butting ahead of me in the doctor's office just so you could sign in before me (I *was* ahead of her since I got off the elevator first). Also, thank you because I am sure that it is your fault that my blood pressure was slightly elevated resulting in me having to go the lab after my appointment to have blood drawn to make sure that I didn't have pre-eclampsia. I am sure that you are really important busy person who did not have to wait for the hugely pregnant woman with the small child.

Uncle Ben's New Place

This evening we helped Uncle Ben move into his apartment in Jackson. Zoe had a great time *helping* carry stuff in and playing on the ramp to the rental truck.

"Welcome Molly Erica..."

"...to the household of God." Today at church, while two little twin baby girls were being baptized, an elderly lady sitting behind us announced in a rather loudly - "No wonder that baby is crying. With a name like Molly, I would be crying too." Both Tony and I wanted to turn around and tell her that was going to our baby's name too...

Rolling Hills Water Park

We had lots of fun today at this outdoor waterpark. Zoe especially loved the wave pool...

Today, while waiting for her chicken nuggets & fries to cool from the oven, Zoe observed:

Dance Camp

Zoe went to dance camp this week & had a great time learning new dances, making crafts & having snacks.

Death Wish...

Okay, this cat really must have a death wish. It's the only way I can explain it. It was bad enough last week when we cleaned our carpets one night & he used the dining room carpet as a bathroom the next night. But now, when I am in the middle of cleaning out our closets, he decides that would make a good bathroom. But, not on the carpet, or the dirty clothes laying everywhere, nope. He has to go on the pile of papers, pictures & misc. junk that happens to be on the floor... lovely!

This weekend, the Bailey family went on a camping adventure. It was lots of work, but lots of fun & Zoe loved it (especially the s'mores).

Friday evening, we helped Uncle Andy celebrate his 40th birthday with a barbeque, cake & a trip for the adults to see the "Love Guru"...

Me: "August 1st."

Lady: "My daughter & I saw you from behind & couldn't even tell you were pregnant until you turned around. Good luck with everything."

Me: "Thanks so much."

Me (thinking): "Well, now that definitely makes it okay to get the "Gotta-Have-It" size ice-cream. Yeah, for me!".

Missing Zoe?

Zoe spent the week with her cousins in Columbus & I found Tinky sleeping her room at one point...

A new friend?

Tony's Dad came up this week & helped out with our basement project.

Much to all of our amazement, Tinky spent some time on his lap (maybe Tink is looking for a new home? One can only hope.)
